Requirements for educational assistance

Completed applications must be submitted to the nearest District Field Office of the Ministry.
Applicant to submit certified copies of the following:

a) Student’s long Birth Certificate
b) Primary Beneficiary’s Liberation War Veterans Identity Card
c) Marriage Certificate
d) National identity Card or Passport
e) Authentic school report or transcript from the previous level of study attained.
f) Official receipt of the last payment made by the Ministry for the student
d) Official Bank Statement of the primary beneficiary
e)Death certificate (if the primary beneficiary is deceased).
f) Certificate of guardianship (if primary beneficiary is legal guardian)
g) The Receiving Officer must see the original copies of all certified documents and return them to
the applicant.
